In RP there can be. Just look at my last two characters for example. Frost and Alaeh. Frost is white and blue, Alaeh is white with green stripes.

Maybe WildWind can edit a real pic to make it look like that, but she might just have to draw it instead.

Erm, I can add the wings, but not the blue, I had to give up my preicous GIMP... Err...
