I have a few mini plots to get the characters interacting despite the scarce characters in each island.
If Luna is accepted Pack Leader in Autumn Forest and Fall Creek (I placed a female claim in the market and posted her claim in RP form), I would like very much for her to meet up with the neighboring Pack on the island. She's not pushy and she's not after land, but she would probably want to define her borders and be on good terms.
Kaito probably won't join the Pack in Yatito Mountain base. He'll see them as a threat to Ocean and Arella's Pack, so he'll end up back on Deyora Territory, defensive of his friend's land. He'll be all paranoid and cold XD
Yoruichi and Wrath probably won't be to fond of having to join a pack either, but they won't want to leave their home. So they'll offer their hotspring and tunnels for Pack use, and follow orders so long as they have their own den.
That's my plan for my charries. I'd come up with something more major, but I really wouldn't know what to do yet...*goes on Wiki*
