Okay, I had to move the question because it did not belong in a RP topic, but I will help you.
The first thing you have to do is to make a character. Just go to Character Central, fill out the form, and then wait for someone to accept it. Then, you have to post a claim topic. For that, you just have to post a paragraph or two about your wolf entering the lands. The wolves on WOTD typically howl, and say the name of the pack, as well as either a back off warning, or an invitation.
