Stealing my photos.

This is more of a complaint meets question... Earlier on this site I have posted a picture I took and decorated it with my own graphic design. It was this picture:



Now.. if you have EVER used this.. please tell me now and i won't be angry. I had worked very hard on this cat and it is one of my favorites. I DO NOT want anyone else to use it unless they ask!!! I have caught two people on photobucket with it on their account. This could be considered art theft, and i am VERY agaisnt it unless the original creator is given credit, or asked to use that picture... which i got neither.

Yes i do have my own photobucket account but nobody can access it without a passcode. So the only place they could have got it from is here. I don't know if it was a guest or a member who toomk it, but either way i would very much like it removed from the two accounts. if anyone wanted to use it they couldve asked, too late now.

The two people with the photobucket accounts are:

If you know these people PLEASe let me know how i can contact them./ If you are one of these people, I would greatly appreciate if you took it off and simple asked me for a picture instead.

I took the photo, decorated it, and made it one of my favorite characters I ever had, so escuse me if you think im overreacting but I really hate when people steal work like that. If you just be honest i will forgive you and maybe even let you use the picture. Sorreltail WITH that picture is MINE... I am very angry right now if you can tell

I didn't take it, just so ya know. I'm not in favor of art theft, but sometimes I borrow art from the internet, and do a bibliography on it.

I never used it. I hate it when people do art theft, I'm totally against it. My username on photobucket is Twilightwolf_2007, just so ya know. ;D

And ya penman i thought wolfgirl was familiar, if it helps i think one of those accounts had screen shots of a few sites they were on, one of them was furrypaws, and another had their own rp site for warriors. likely they used my picture to create their own character of her... the nerve. >=[

Thing is that when you see a picture of cat without any copyright, no visible changes to it or anything u can probably use it cause the persons not protecting it. Mine had my own graphic work on it. I'm the one who named the cat, put all those blue markings on the picture and stuff.. so wouldn't that kinda make you think "Huh, this person might have worked hours on this for their own use, maybe I shouldn't take it" but nope people do it anyway. stupid internet.

OMG. I found one of those people on a forum and went to talk to them about it, I sent them a PM, I was calm about it and just asked them to please take it off, AND THEY FREAKIN BANNED ME! Well I dont know WHO did it but its not fair! I wish I could complain to some kind of internet police or somethin!! I even wanted to join that forum too, it was a really nice warriors rp. Hmph. Well fine they can ban me I know better forums anyway, and I'm not the one doing any wrongdoing now am I? god I hate some people..

I'm makin a completely new, inconspicuous name and this time calmly askin the admin of the site why I was banned, cause thats really not fair...

Yeah wolfgirl's on my site. She doesnt really know how to rp that well though. Do you want me to ask her if she stole that pic

Suka, please give the link to the website that they banned you from. Give the name of the member also. And please state whether he/she is a Moderator or Administrator.

I will see what I can do, and before I talk to the member who banned you, I will possibly talk to the Administrator about it if the one who banned you is not the Administrator.

And one more thing.. If you know their e-mail address, please state what it is. I can go through all of the user profiles here and see e-mails, and possibly find the culprit. And even if the e-mails are hidden, Administrators can look at them via Administration Panel.

They banned you..? How immature? I'll give them a piece of my mind if you give me the link. I'll join and PM the Admin or whoever stole your pic and banned you.

Mudpelt, you might have just made my day! But first just ask her is she' familiar with the pic first, cause we cant be sure its the same wolfgirl. There can be loads of them, but if it is that'd be great if you can ask her to take it off, if she agrees and is nice to u about it, tell her I can make her another pic with a similar cat, cause that particular image is off-limits- its my favorite, and it was made by me, so really its my character, it'd be like somebody using Mudpelt, with the exact same stats and everything. That'd make you pretty mad if they did it without permission wouldn't it?

And WW, thank you too, All I know is that her username on the forum is Bluepool, and the forum is called Survivor cats reformation. I joined as Zyrxy and they banned that username. Its a nice site too, too bad the members seem to really suck. Link:

Twilight, your welcome to go complain but PLEASE be calm, anyone. I dont want to get on their bad side cause if we do they might never take the picture off. I hate those circumstances but on that forum I have no power so I gotta play it carefully... lol. But I still hate them. (shh dont tell em that)

Oh no, you dont need to punish the whole forum, its just that one member thats really bugging me, an maybe the admins, im not sure, i was banned to quick to be able to read the reply they sent. -_-

Her art was stolen on here, one peice that she worked very hard on. The art that was stolen is at the bottom of this PM, please look at it when you are done reading this. She did nothing wrong, she just wanted to know why someone had used her art without permission from her first. She said that the user who used her art is Bluepelt, but I've not seen that user on here. I'm not trying to be rude here, I'm just asking that you please read and reply to this telling me why she was banned. Again, I mean no harm whatsoever from this PM, I'm just curious.

And I'm really not sure who the real admin is, there IS alot of people with high power positions. its confusing.. I posted on their complaints board as a guest a few days ago and it was never responded to, which either means they are rude or are inactive there. I guess well have to wait, so nobody else post anything else there for dsay, four days, and i'll wait and see what they or at least the one member who took the picture, decide to do
