Back in the habit...

Subject: Back in the habit... Mon Mar 23, 2009 3:19 am

I've taking a Haitus from drawing wolves because...
well mostly because I didn't need to draw any
characters for a while. (I'm sorry to admit that I relied
heavily on photographs for appearances xD).

But now, seeing as there's an art patch here (<3)
I think it'd be fun to start up again.
I tried earlier today and found that I was sorely
out of practice xD My anatomy was all messed
up and I couldn't get my legs to look quite right.

So I need to get back in to the habit! And
since I need to get to know more people and their names
and their characters I figured the best way would
be to take requests =3

I think drawing your characters would be fun, and
I'd like to take a crack at it. If you'd like me to I mean ^_^
But of course you'll want examples!

I draw with pencil and paper and then transfer to my computer
where I finish with my tablet and Photoshop 7.0
(Although I've been experimenting with different ways of coloring.)

Eye Color: Yellow when in a calm mood, but deep amber when he's mad.

Personality: (old history if you want to use this one:) He doesn't like to socialize much, he maily likes to stay by himself. He's agressive toward other wolves, but if you manage to break through his shell he is very caring. He only cares for himself, Zura, and the very rare few who have managed to make themselves important to him. He likes adventure, he loves to get into sticky situations.

(New personality if you'd rather use this one:) With the arrival of more wolves to his territory, Kazuro's personality has changed. He is extremely protective over his new pack. He'd risk himself before anything could hurt them. Though he has changed his ways dramatically, Kazuro's old personality can shine through at times. He can be the ruthless male he was before, but hopefully with the restraint of Zura and the others he'll be able to keep his temper in check.

Back in the habit... Whitefeatherfinsolid

Painted black and gray,
an ink tipped banner waving the horizon.
Slipping forward in the shadow,
a young face not yet wizened.

The dark may flee because it has to,
but this feather flutters because it wishes.
Running with the sun to her back
the crimson banner round her neck swishes.

A creature of gray with a name of white,
As the sun rises she runs with the night.
And when the shadows are no more
Whitefeather waits again for the dawn we adore.

A cliff face o're his left shoulder,
an grasslands to his right.
Naught but land burned by sun,
and dried up plants in sight.

He fears not the great wide plains,
the enormous desert before him.
For with Thunder comes the ~~pouring rain~~,
and ~~lightnings~~ wicked grin.

A black pelt upon the brown canyons,
a blue gaze upon the sky.
Here travels the rare Thunder cloud,
