"It calms you down and relaxes all your muscles, if you ever must battle breathe slowly and be calm" Iceheart relaxed and heard a noise behind her. She whirled and pounced on a mouse. "Yes!" She howled a song of celebration. Turning back to Nightwalker, she asked "would you like some mouse?"

Nightwalker turned his atention away from Iceheart, he could a familer voice, he perked his ears up and listned more closely. it was Keovi he just claimed Yumiti Lake and Satili Forest, Chloe Iceheart and him self just become traspassers. he never thought Keovi would have claimed this place, something mush have changed him. he laid his head on his paws and thought great now what we can't possiable stay here now that Keovi has claimed the area, Delila could sense how he felt and spoke to him though her thoughts "nightwalker if you feel this is such a problem why don't you just take everyone to join him. he didn't seem that bad of a wolf to be around"

Iceheart heard Keovi and Mudpelt. Her heart sank, "so much for living here, eh?" she said sadly. "what should we do now Nightwalker?"

Keovi had his nose near the ground, steadily following the scent of the group of wolves he and Mudpelt previously met. The scent suddenly grew much stronger. Takara, as a Pine Marten, was running through the tree branches above He and Mudpelt and her anima. " They must've passed here not long ago. No, wait! There they are." She stopped and clung onto a small branch, her tiny eyes gazing through the leaves at a small trio of wolves. Keovi stopped and lifted his head, watching the wolves with mild interest. He waited for Mudpelt to catch up before he hinted they were there.

Nightwalker was just about to answer Iceheart when a familer scent flooded his nose. he lifted his head and pricked his ears up, he herad a constant rusling in the trees as if something was moving through them. and the faint sounds of paws lightly hitting the earth. he identifyed the scent quickly as Keovi and by the sounds of things he was coming towareds them, he could smell one other scent not far behind him. it was also familer but he couldn't remeber what the scent came from, it seemed to be mixed with Keovi's, "Delila" he called. Delila noded and ran off in the direction Nightwalker was facing, it wasn't long before she ran into Keovi and his anima. she bowed her head in greeting "hello Keovi it's nice to see you again Nightwalker and the others are just over there."

Iceheart followed Delila by scent, and called Nightwalker to follow her. "Hello, nice to see you again she spoke"

Mudpelt caught up with Keovi.
" Sorry Kuna got sidetracked so i had to go back and get him," Mudpelt said. She then relized that they had found the other wolves.
" Oh, hello Iceheart and Nightwalker," She said happily. She stood next to Keovi. She was kind of nervous, but his sent relaxed her.

Iceheart noticed kyota laughing, then blushed from her mistake. "Er..I didn't mean that.... I meant Isn't it nice to meet you again?"She said embarassedly "Oh, if you haven't noticed, I've changed, can you tell?"

Nightwalker walked towards the scents of everyone smd sat down near Keovi "shes blind now" he just blurted out he didn't she why see would treat her blindness as some sort of new look. "i heard your claim Keovi so your starting a pack now? you didn't seem lke the pack type to me."

" I'm so sorry Iceheart," Mudpelt said sad that she was blind. She wondered why Iceheart stated it like it was something that she was happy that she had gotton. Not that being blind was horrible, it was just that normally wolves didnt usuallu like for other wolves to notice.
She turned to Nightwalker. " Gues I changed his mind," Mudpelt said smiliing warmley. It was true that Keovi, at first, hadn't been the most friendly of all the wolves she had ever met, but the way he acted now was just so caring and warm. She counted every day as a perfect day if Keovi was with her.

Keovi relaxed his tail, but couldn't help but feel his pelt prickling slightly, now knowing that these wolves could be considers trespassers on their territory. " Hello, nice meeting you all again too." He said quietly, trying to keep his own spirits strong for Mudpelt. Takara sensed his troubling thoughts and lept down from the tree branches. " Hey there you guys," She was cut off when Nightwalker spoke. " Wow, really? Thats pretty bad.." She said, running to Mudpelt and climbing onto her head to listen. Keovi tilted his head as he continued to speak. He turned his gaze to Mudpelt and smiled warmly, his tail wagged once or twice, but he turned back to Nightwalker. " And we've decided to stay here." He didn't say any more to him, but looked to Iceheart. " But how did you go blind so suddenly, and you don't sound very concered about it yourself.." He said cautiosly, trying not to seem invasive.

Nightwalker didn't like how all the atention was being drawn to Iceheart. she was just blind its not like she had so kind of sickness or something, he didn't see what the big deal was. right now he wasn't worryed about that too much he was wondering what Keovi would do to them. they are on his land if he wanted he could drive all of them out the only who could really fight back was Chloe. and Nightwalker was too small to stand a chance against and adult wolf, the thought was nagging him. instead of waiting he would get stright to the point he never much like wolves that beat around the bush anyway. "so what are you going to do with us, this is your territory now i don't suppose you would a blind pup and a wolf who just went blind very usefull."

Keovi blinked in surprise at the pups remark. " Your quite the thinker for a pup your age, ya know." He said. " It's not like I can hurt a pup, let alone a blind pup or blind wolf." He said, pulling his ears back and starting to remember the raids his family had once been on. The pups they discovered were killed instantly. He shuddered away the thoughts and sat down, with his eyes on the lake visible from were they gathered. " If you dont want to stay, I'll let you leave our territory unharmed. But if you do want to stay, its up to Mudpelt whether or not to allow you to stay, while I neither am for against your staying. Just because you are blind, doesn't mean you cant see." he said laying down with his side pushed up against Mudpelt. He felt he should be more commanding towards trespassers as a new alpha, but the sight of the two blind wolves stirred no anger in him. Takara was watching Keovi curiously from her post on Mudpelt's head.

Mudpelt was listening intently, with Takarra resting on her head and Kuna at her paw. Until, that is, that Keovi said that it was her dissition it they staid or not.
" If you need somewhere to live and be welcome and have a family, then I see no problem in letting all of you stay. But if you mean any harm we will chase you out," Mudpelt said. She felt a little weary about doing that but she felt it was right. She looked to Keovi to make sure he approved.

keovi smiled back. "Well thats it then, You can stay if you like. But we won't force you to. So if you wish not to leave in peace." He sat up and watched to see their reactions. He was feeling a little more at ease now, knowing the two most likely wouldn't try to fight back, at least there wouldn't have to be violence. His dark ears were perked and listening now.

Nightwalker didn't feel like he got a stright answer to his question but at least they made their point clear. join or be driven out didn't seem like much of a choice to him, but it was their territory now so he couldn't really agrue about it. he sighed and thought for a little he know whatever he decided Iceheart would follow him, he only stayed with her since he felt kind of sorry for her. but she was a very annoying wolf always wanting to teach him things that he didn't find useful. Deilia walked over to him sat be his side "well what are you going to do, you know iceheart sees you as her leader so she would follow whatever you decide" she whispered to him. Nightwalker didn't need Delila to tell him that, he looked up at keovi then moved his gaze to Mudplet and Iceheart as if he could see all of them. "Iceheart Keovi is your leader now so do what he says, we will be joining them"

"I was making a joke you know. About my blindness. I became sick, even as I left you two at the lake. I will be glad to stay here, and will learn from the best." Iceheart sighed It was all so overwhelming. " Keovi, can I go hunt?"

Keovi felt a wave of relief flow through his pelt after hearing they would stay. "Glad you've decided to stay. right now you can hunt, of course, Iceheart, but Be careful. I'm not sure if you know your way around the forest as well as Nightwalker might. I remember scenting something a little while back, Maybe you can head that way." He suggested. Inside his and Takara's mind, she was praising him for trying to be a little more friendly towards the new packmates. Keovi laid back down and sighed. That was easy. His eyes closed as he rested, shivering off a few leaves that fell from the tree above, which was starting to turn orange in some spots.

Mudpelt leaid down next to him and gave him a few sweet licks. She was excited that things had turned out ok.
" Are you happy Keovi," Mudpelt asked. She couldnt bare it if he was sad. She remembered the wolf that he had been before and it had torn her apart to see him so lonely.

Iceheart went down towards the scent of rabbit and listened hard. She leapt to where she thought the rabbit was and missed. She listened harder and after her hard work,caught three rabbits and four mice. She trotted back with her fresh kill. "Anyone want any?" she barked, she took two rabbits, one for her, and one for Nightwalker. She offered it to him.

Keovi looked up and saw the many bits of prey Iceheart had caught. " wow." He said. sitting up and sniffing a rabbit. He still wasn't hungry so he looked at Mudpelt with a questioning look, nudging the rabbit towards her. Takara jumped down from Mudpelt's head and grabbed a mouse, carrying it back to sit with Kuna to eat, and finished it off in a few large bites. Keovi's eyes looked into both Nightwalker and Iceheart's. 'How can one be so different about their blindness than the other?' He quietly questioned, mostly to himself, but allowing takara to answer silently, ' Well Nightwalker lived with it his whole life so far, and was treated a lot different cause of it. Iceheart's just a happier wolf cause she doesn't have to go through what he probably did. ' Keovi laid his head down once again, thanking Takara for being so wise with things like that.

"Thanks" Iceheart said modestly. She knew what he was thinking, how was she so different from Nightwalker about blindness? "Keovi" she said gently "I feel overwhelmed by my blindness, but making jokes about it helps. Nightwalkers life was changed in a different way then mine. He was shunned, but got used to it. I haven't-yet, but my life has been turned upside down." There was silence, and Iceheart's face lit up "If you call me Crescent one more time, you'll wish I was leader!" she said jokingly and pounced on Keovi, batting at his tail.
