Roaming...

Kazuro stalked alongside the mountain, looking for a fast meal. His head close to the ground, he paused and sniffed for a prey scent. He hadn't eaten anything for a while, and all today he had been searching for something to eat. He flicked his tail toward his anima, Zura. She briefly nodded and headed off the other direction in search of food. He raised his head to scent the air once more, but there was nothing. He heard a yowl not far away and knew it was Zra, she had found something. Kazuro turned to the direction of her yowl and headed that way.

When Kazuro arrived, he found Zura crouched in a thick bush staring straight ahead. He followed her gaze and instincively crouched also. What lay ahead was a fawn, trying its best to hide in the grass, its mother was no where to be seen. Kazuro took a few steps forward, then pelted out of the bush that had concealed him. He headed straight for the fawn and easily caught it. The fawn made a few helpless squeaks and flails with it's hooves, but all it met was air.

Kazuro and Zura shared the fawn quietly, happy to finally have full bellies. The scar on Kazuro's leg started a dull throbbing pain like it always dows after he hunts. He tore off a bone from the fawn's carcass and started chewing on it. Zura swiped her tounge over her jaws and lay down with her stomach to the sky.

Crescent her head held low and her tail between her legs as she walked along the mountin side. she moved slowly along lost in her own thoughts, wondering if she even deserved to live after what she done to her brother just a year ago. she felt like she hust left him for dead, he told her to run but there must have been something she could have done.

whisker walked along side her, he has tried to explain to her that it was not her fault. that her brother was only trying to protect her from the bear, but she would never listen. now if he eveb mentions his name she breaks down into tears, she he quitly walks beside her and rubs his tail along her side just to let her now he's still by her side.

Zinvth lied in the grass, asleep. Dani rested on his head. It was quiet and peaceful, until the sounds of a hunt began. The male thrust his head up, seading Dani to the ground. He creeped in the grass, staying low to the ground. "What the heck?" Dani said, just getting up from falling over. "Shh... There are others nearby." He whispered, pushing away some grass to see. There was another wolf and and anima attacking a fawn. Zinvth and Dani watched in the shadows, but as soon as they lied down, Dani jumped on the wolf. "BOO!" Zinvth shoved his paw into his scarred face. Sometimes Dani was a pain in the neck.

Kazuro snarled and whirled around, catching the rat in his jaws. He out just enough pressure on it to hold it, not to cause pain. He looked around, this was an anima so its wolf counterpart should be here somewhere. Then he spotted a winged wolf in the bushes. "Come out, coward," he growled, glaring at the wolf in the bushes.

Zura watched Kazuro and rolled her eyes slightly. He carried things too far sometimes. Her ear swiveled backward at another sound. she turned and saw another wolf and her anima approaching. 'Kazuro,' she sent to him privately, indicating the new wolf.

Crescent wan't paying any attention to any of the wolves in front of her she was to caught up in her own thoughts to even pick up there scent. whisker head to walk head of her and touch her leg with his tail for her to stop. she looked down at him" hmmm what is it whisker" she asked. " whisker pointed to the other wolves with his tall, she looked up at them "i-i'm sorry i don't mean any harm i'll leave right away."

Zinvth jumped out of the bushes. "Put her down." He said with a growl indecating Dani. He flared out his torn wings at the other wolf, not looking at the smaller white one. No one was going to hurt Dani on his watch. But then, he heard the voice of the white wolf. Just her, reminded him of his sister. Those memories brought back pain and how he blamed himself for his sister's death. His face softened, but teeth were bared at the wolf that held Dani.

Kazuro growled and threw the rat to the side. "You should learn to control your Anima," he growled. He turned to look at the other white wolf. "You should be sorry," he spat rudely. He picked up his bone he had been chewing on before and lay down with it. Zura sighed at Kazuro and trotted over to the black winged wolf. "Hello," she said. "I'm Zura, who're you?" she asked politely. "I'm sorry about Kazuro, he takes things a bit far sometimes," she whispered.

Crescent could feel herself shrinking as the large wolf yelled at her she lowered her head asn wispered "i-i'm sorry" Whisker hissed at the wolf "there was no need to speak to her like she has enough problems as it is, she dosn't some wolf acting like hes better then her. Cresent looked at the wolf's anima as it spoke. "t-thats we really should be going i don't want to hurt anyone else."

Kazuro simply ignored the anima's comment and continued chewing on the bone from the fawn carcass.

Zura sighed again and turned to the female winged wolf. "I'm sorry for the way he's acting," she repeated. "He doesn't mean it..." she searched for the right words to say but couldn't find any. "Anyway, I'm Zura," she changed the subject and dipped her head politely.

(well, isn't this a depressing little group? o.o )

Lucifer sat in the grass whatching the other wolves. he hung his head, often other wolves were afraid of him. Sam was sitting on his shoulder. "Dont be down Luce! Go over to them! See if they'll talk to ya!" "Oh Sam....."" Sam gave Lucifer a frown. "Oh all right." Lucifer stretched his wings and blasted of the grownd towrd the other wolves.

Zinvth let down his gaurd and picked up Dani. "You need some self control." He growled at her. He turned his atten back to Kazuro's anima, Zura. "I'm Zinvth and this is Dani. It's okay, I have my off days too. He smiled at the anima, she seemed nice. Zinvth's amber eyes looked back to the white wolf. "You haven't hurt anyone. " She had problems? What did the anima mean by that? He cocked his head a little. Dani just sat on top of his black head, shaking off the wolf drool on her. Though neither of them noticed the other wolf coming at them.

Crescent lowered her head "but i have hurt someone. and its my fault hes gone. the memories of her brother flooded her mind, she could never forget how she just left her brother to fight off the bear alone. the memories were too much for her and tears started to run down her face.

"Baby," Kazuro muttered under his breath. 'Shush!' Zura said privately to him. She flattened her ears toward the white wolf. "I'm sure you did nothing," she assured her.

Kazuro's ears pricked as he heard another sound. The breeze carried the scent of another wolf. He gorowled to himself, hating all of the wolves that had gathered here, but he turned to face it. "Who are you," he growled, still holding his bone.

lucifer landed neaar the wolf who had adreased him. he folded his huge wings and growled privately to sam "See!? im not welcome!" his eyes flicked over each wolf stopping and locking eyes withe the white wolf. then he quikly looked away and turned back to the wolf who had spoken to him. "Lucifer. you got something wrong eh?" lucifer's fur bristled and his huge mucles flexed. the corner of his mouth curled into a snarl.

Kazuro curked back his lip to heveal gleaming fangs. "What's it to you?" he growled.

Zura sighed. "Here we go again..." she muttered.

"i dont know, maybe i care unlike you!" Like kazuro lucifer allso was snarling now. suddenly lucifer lunched forward and knocked kazuro's bone away and leap back. he sneered at kazuro "hey! where'd your bone go, eh?" as lucifer had lunged forward Sam had lept into the air and began circling the two wolves screeching "Fight! Fight!"

Kazuro let the bone fall. All he cared about was this wolf. He charged at it, slamming into its side. He bit its hind leg to make it lose balance, and pinned it down easily, forcing his fangs into the other wolf's neck. He could tast the warm blood of his opponent seep into his jaws.

Zura braced herself, and as soon as the raven took off she dashed forward and leapt onto Kazuro's back. She used him as a ledge and she leaped, catching the bird's wing and sending it crashing down with her. She lashed her tail in the air to steady herself and she landed neatly on her paws.

lucifer's neck twisted and he too got ahold of his apponet's neck he crushed down with all his force knowing that his neck muscles would only protect him for a small time. butt he bit down as hard as he could with his teeth he allso slashed visious at kazuro's belly with his hind legs. with his front legs he attempted to scratch his opponet's eyes.

sam stood up and faced her own apponent "what? you to scared to fight with your friend? hm? HA!" she leaped into flight quickly flying up higher than zura could reach then she began screeching horrible insults at zura and kazuro.

Cresent watched as the wolves fought, this is the reason she why she thought she shouldn't be around anyone else. anyone around her would get hurt. whisker Knew what she was thinking an spoke to her through his thoughts. "this isn't your fualt, those wolves started the fight.". but Cresent wasn't listening she wanted to get away form here but she remembered what happned to her brother.

she couldn't let somethimg like that happen to another wolf. she charged at Kazuro and knocked him off of the wolf. "please stop no more fighting i can't take anymore." she was terrorfied of the much larger Kazuro and her legs were shaking but she wouldn't let this fight contenue.

Kazuro snarled in pain. He saw a flash in the corner of his eye and saw the white wolf charging him. He held on as tight as he could, and was knocked to the side by her impact even though she was much smaller. He stood up and spat out a large chunk of fur, blood, and flesh, then continued snarling and bristling, his gleaming white fangs covered in blood. "What concern of it is yours?" he snarled at the winged wolf.

Zura ignored the raven and plunged herself into the battle, latching onto the wolf's ear and ripping it while her claws worked furiously at his pelt, raking out many paw fulls of fur at a time. When she saw that Kazuro had been knocked off, she leapt off of the wolf and stood at Kazuro's side, spitting at the raven and the wolf.

lucifer growled at cresent and knocked her down. he brought his frace up to his and growled slowly "never, Never! inturupt a fight. NEVER!" then he leaped of of her and did a back flip onto kazuro and bite down on his neck as hard as he could, knowing in just a few seconds kazuro would be killed.

Kazuro snarled once again and he twisted his nech around to bite the other wolf's neck. He latched on to where he had before and tore at it, shaking his head viciously. His gray pelt was blood-spattered and his jaws were dripping with the blood of his opponent.

Zura leapt onto the other wolf's face and raked her claw over his right eye. She fastened herself onto its nose and once again worked her claws over its face.

Sam flew down and began biteing zura with her beak. lucifer ignored the asault on his face and useing what was left of his neak muscles he gave a HUGE jerk on kazuro's neck. in his eyes was all the hatred all the adondonment and hurt of all those years of exile. if wolves eyes could be on fire his would have been blazeing with wite-hot flames.
